A 50% non refundable retainer is required to reserve your entertainment. For peak holiday weekends, full payment may be due to reserve your entertainment. In the event of a cancellation, the retainer is lost, but no additional funds are due as long as the cancelation request is placed by 24 hours before the event. Cancelations made within 24 hours of the event start time may not be processed, and full payment will be due. 

For peak event weekends and seasonal entertainment, reschedules cannot be accommodated. Our performers book out to capacity

For birthday events and entertainment on non-peak weekends, we can utilize your retainer for a single reschedule for the same entertainment to be used within 3 months for a comparable event. Reschedules cannot be used on a peak weekends. Reschedule date and time must be mutually agreed upon between client and performer. If an agreement cannot be reached, retainer will not be refunded. If the event needs to be rescheduled, a second time, the retainer will no be refunded and the event will be treated as a new booking.
